The duties of various skilled tradespeople in the construction industry are as follows:

Welder (Mig-Mag): Responsible for using Mig-Mag welding techniques to join metal components together according to specifications, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring welds meet quality standards.

Fitter/Fabricator: Tasked with assembling and installing metal structures, interpreting drawings, measuring and cutting materials, and using hand and power tools to fabricate and fit metal components together.

Scaffolder: In charge of constructing and dismantling scaffolding structures, ensuring they are safe and secure for workers to perform their tasks at elevated heights, and following safety regulations.

Painter: Responsible for preparing surfaces for painting, applying paint and other finishes to surfaces, matching colors, and ensuring a smooth and professional finish.

F/S Carpenter (Formwork/Scaffolding Carpenter): Tasked with constructing formwork and scaffolding structures, interpreting construction plans, measuring and cutting materials, and assembling and installing components.

Steel Fixer: In charge of cutting, bending, and fixing steel reinforcement bars according to construction plans, ensuring proper placement and alignment to reinforce concrete structures.

HVAC/Ductman: Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including ductwork installation, insulation, and connecting equipment.
