DEN Sushi Rose Bay, a Japanese restaurant, is looking for culinary help. No prior experience is required. From Tuesday to Sunday, we are open six days a week. Lunch shifts are from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and dinner shifts are from 3 p.m. to close (around 9pm)
Kitchen hand work duties include cleaning and preparing food, as well as cooking and serving meals. They may also be responsible for setting up and clearing tables, washing dishes, and sweeping floors. In some cases, kitchen hands may also help with food preparation, such as chopping vegetables or making sandwiches.
Kitchen hands typically work in restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and other food service establishments. Experience in a similar field is required for this position. A minimum of 2-3 months is necessary to be considered for the role. The ability to work independently and take initiative is key, as is excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
