Part-time and full-time cleaners are required Monday to Friday

We are a small but rapidly expanding business on the Gold Coast that hires cleaners to serve a variety of clients, including the NDIS, bodies corporate, and bond cleans in addition to private and routine cleans. Our clients are spread all along the Gold Coast, from south to north. We take satisfaction in providing a warm but dependable service to some of our clients, some of whom have been with the business for over 5 years. The ideal candidates will have some cleaning experience (additional training will be provided)

Be enthusiastic about cleaning, be trustworthy, and show up for their shift without fail. Ideally, you will already be a contractor with your own ABN number. The business will give you all the tools you need, including vacuum cleaners and cleaning supplies. We’ll track down the customers and add them to your roster. Someone who enjoys working individually and in a small team during Bond or Spring Cleans would be a good fit for this position.

You can be a mother who wants to work only a few days per week, already have a job but want to work more hours somewhere else, or work up to 30 to 40 hours per week. Duties include cleaning and maintaining all areas of the assigned building. This includes mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting all surfaces. They also empty trash cans, clean windows, and restock supplies such as paper towels and toilet paper. In some cases, they may also be responsible for laundry services.

The cleaning staff must be able to work independently and follow specific instructions. They must also be able to lift and carry heavy objects, such as buckets of water or cleaning supplies. Some cleaning staff positions may require specialized equipment, such as floor buffers or pressure washers. Cleaning staff must be reliable in order to be trusted with keeping the premises clean.

They should also be friendly so they can quickly get along with customers and other employees. Furthermore, honesty is important because cleaners may have access to areas that are not usually accessible to the public. Finally, hard work is a must in order to keep the area clean and presentable. In order to be a successful cleaner, one must have excellent communication skills.

This is important because they will need to communicate with customers, other employees, and management. They should also be able to understand and follow instructions from their supervisor.
