Retail shop cleaners urgently needed Monday to Friday

For an ongoing retail cleaning work in Hunter and Newcastle, NSW, and nearby suburbs, we are looking for a trustworthy cleaner and possibly a Managers Assistant. Work up to 30 hours per week, 5 days a week. For the right individual, this could be permanent. $29.86 per hour is the pay rate. Superannuation is not included. Requirements: Must be able to work early in the morning. A work history that displays a high level of commitment.

Working in a commercial cleaning atmosphere is a comfortable environment for me. A valid driver’s license is required. Ability to work independently at a high level. Proactive mindset and meticulous attention to detail. Cleaning experience in a commercial or home setting. Reliable. Self-motivated and competent to tackle problems and work independently. Communication abilities Task prioritization ability.

Excellent client service and personal presentation skills. Retail cleaning duties usually involve cleaning the sales floor, bathrooms, and common areas. The sales floor may need to be swept and mopped, and trash will need to be removed. The bathrooms will need to be cleaned and stocked with supplies. Common areas will need to be vacuumed and dusted. Depending on the store, there may be other duties as well.

In order to complete these duties, retail employees will need to be familiar with cleaning supplies and how to use them. They should also be able to follow a cleaning schedule. Some stores may have specific cleaning protocols that employees will need to follow.

Cleaning can be a physically demanding job, so retail employees who are assigned to cleaning duties will need to be able to lift and carry heavy equipment and supplies. They should also be comfortable working in close quarters with other people. Working as a retail cleaning employee can be a rewarding experience.
